System Integration

Are you interested in proposing a deal or investing?

I am open to multiple structures, including:

  • Full asset / IP acquisition (provisional patent, brand, domain, designs, video, and documentation)

  • Licensing of the IP and concept to a manufacturer or platform partner

  • Joint development where a partner leads hardware/software build-out and commercialization

A detailed thesis document and the concept video are available under NDA for qualified parties.

Software Creation is required for the app and property management portal.

The mobile app will probably be the most important as far as end customer interaction. People who will want this service will be upper-middle class and upper class, and they will want options, such as many graphs and settings, and as accurate feedback as possible, with a very friendly user interface. And alert systems are in place for the residents of the unit and the property management company.

On the resident side, it needs to address them by name, and the resident will have a personal account. The property management interface will be different, it will show the blueprint or location of all sensors, like I mentioned in the install section, and it will need to show the names of residents in each unit, and when they are being too loud, and they need the ability to look at past data.

It will be automatic/mandatory for the property management to have an easy access user interface, especially ease of producing noise violation fines to the residents if they need to, and to be able to add and subtract residents once they move in and move out.

Product noise measuring metrics- The sensors of noise measurement should have a reference for when measuring the amount of Hz or noise decimals in any given room, not correlated with how close the sound occurs to the actual sensor. Example: If I yell very loudly right at the sensor with the noise level digital display, it should not measure the noise level increase just because I am so close to the sensor. Same thing for being further away I need it to pick up multiple different sensors to then give an average of the noise level for all sensors in that area to give an accurate live reading.

With that being said, there has to be a certain universal, definable sound level that is too loud. So, whether that be a large dog bark, loud music/party, or loud TV with a crazy loud scene example (the movie Rambo with multiple explosions), there just has to be a definable universal “too loud” volume.

Additionally, the microphones that measure the noise levels that will always be on need to work obviously but we need to clearly state that what is actually said and talked about will not be recorded or stored so the residents will still have all the privacy with the microphones in lace as they would normally have without the microphones in place. (Structure some sort of privacy agreement/policy to protect the residents)

Noise complaints are costly and constant

In multi-unit residential and hospitality environments, noise complaints are one of the most common and frustrating issues.

They create friction between residents, consume staff time, and can damage online reviews and brand reputation.
Traditional approaches—manual warnings, security interventions, and after-the-fact complaints—are reactive, inconsistent, and difficult to scale.

Operators and developers are actively looking for smarter, more proactive ways to manage noise and protect the resident experience.

The noize concept

Noize is an intelligent noise monitoring concept built around three core ideas:

  • In-wall noise sensors installed during construction or retrofit, designed to measure decibel levels within units while respecting privacy (no audio recording).

  • Real-time alerts: when noise exceeds a configured threshold, residents receive an app notification prompting them to reduce volume.

  • Automated enforcement: configurable rules can trigger follow-up actions such as additional warnings, fees, or notifications to management.

Over time, properties gain insight into noise patterns by building, floor, or unit—informing design decisions, policies, and staffing.

What already exists

Noize is currently at the IP and concept stage, with a strong foundation ready for a strategic buyer or partner:

  • Provisional patent covering the core concept and implementation approach

  • Brand and domain: noizetech.io, built around the positioning “Silence, Perfected.”

  • 2D and 3D drawings that demonstrate the hardware form factor and installation concept

  • 3-minute explainer video showing installation, operation, and user experience

  • 6-page business thesis detailing the problem, solution, market, business model, and implementation roadmap

The hardware devices, firmware, and production software have not yet been built—creating a clear opportunity for a manufacturer or proptech company to lead execution.

Who noize is designed for?

This opportunity is a strong fit for:

  • IoT / hardware manufacturers looking to expand into smart building or smart home solutions

  • Proptech platforms seeking to add resident experience and building operations features

  • Large property managers/developers interested in exclusive technology to differentiate their portfolio

Noize can be monetized through a combination of hardware sales and recurring software/service revenue.

How revenue will be Generated

  • Noize revenue generation will be an automatic subscription service built into the monthly rent payment of the residents and will be shown as a separate line item.

  • The property management side of the service will also be billed a set amount monthly.

  • The installers will be paid for the installation of the devices in the buildings

  • Also, we will get a set percentage of the fees sent out to the tenants who get sent a fine for not being able to quiet down in a prompt manner or during quiet hours.
